Elias Gerasoulis – China’s often seriously talked about as an economic, military competitor with startling economic growth and rising influence. The discussion is serious about these big, serious topics. However, in the process are lost other interesting topics and affairs, such as the recent visit of China’s presumptive future President, Xi Jinping in Iowa.

Meghan Norton – I think I can speak for all of the Peddie students and faculty members on this year’s trip when I say that our journey through China from March 3 – March 17 was even better than anything I had previously expected.

Xi Xi – Dumpling is the most famous and popular Chinese food in America. Although it’s so well-known, most people only buy them from restaurants. However, food from restaurants is not always quite healthy or authentic. So we decided to post the authentic way of making Chinese dumplings!
